Gratitude is one of the most powerful forces in the world. And every day in our lives and businesses, we have countless things we can express thanks for. The problem is, we often get caught up in thinking more about all the things we believe are “wrong” in our experience, and these thoughts begin to take center stage.

What you focus on expands, so it makes sense that if you’re looking more at what isn’t going well, you’ll continue to see instances where you believe this is the case.

What do we do then? We worry, fret, get disappointed, and then spiral. Not exactly a recipe for experiencing more to be grateful for, right? This week, in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday, I’m sharing a few simple ideas for cultivating more gratitude in your life and business, because here’s the bottom line: What you’re grateful for, you attract more of. I hope the ideas I share inspire YOU to be even more intentional about cultivating gratitude in your life… it’s a game changer. I want to hear from you: what are you grateful for the most today? Do you have any “gratitude practices” that you use regularly in your life? Talk to me in the comments!
