Many business owners are simply doing too much.

With no systems in place, entrepreneurs are manually creating all their marketing, handling follow up, responding to inquiries, managing assistants and employees, fulfilling orders, and on and on.

1) Follow Up


When you can follow up automatically, you’re able to more efficiently manage emails, voice broadcasts and direct mail to contacts, for example.

You’ll also be able to do things like put follow up sequences in place when customers take certain actions, such as purchasing a product or signing up for a service.

2) Lead Capture


Visitors to your website are super valuable, but they rarely buy the first, second or even third time they land there.

Giving them the option to request an “irresistible free offer” such as a download, a membership, a trial or something else of value allows you to obtain their contact info and stay in touch.

3) Billing and Collections


It’s smart to automate charging clients and customers on payment plans, and it also eliminates the need for paper checks.

You can even automate the communication that needs to go out when there are missed or failed payments.

Automation is the answer to some of the most time-consuming tasks us small business owners have to do on a day-to-day basis.

That ultimately means adding more time, money and control back into our lives.
