GETTING HERE: It is suggested that you fly in the day before to prevent missing the first part of the Mastermind meeting. Please plan on being there until the end of the meeting. We end around 4pm on the 2nd day – allowing you to book a flight home the evening of the 2nd day if needed. Or, you may want to make plans to return the day after in order to use the time to sketch out your next steps while away from the distractions of the office.
HOTEL: For local accommodations during your visit, we suggest staying at the host hotel. Staying in the host hotel makes it easier to get to the meeting each day on time and network with your fellow Mastermind members. We have secured a room rate at the Hotel ML of $129 per night.
AIRPORT: Philadelphia International Airport (The Hotel ML is approximately 25 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)). http://www.phl.org
TRANSPORTATION: To get from the airport to the hotel, you have a number of options:

BY RAIL:
The New Jersey Transit Train Station is approximately 4.5 miles from the hotel at Garden State Racetrack on Marlton Pike (Route 70) in Cherry Hill, NJ. For information, please call 800-772-2287. Additionally, Amtrak trains can be taken to 30th Street Station in Philadelphia, PA 19104 which is approximately 12 miles from the hotel. For information, please call 215-349-1160.
IF DRIVING:
From PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: Take Interstate 95 North from Airport and merge onto I-76 E toward the Walt Whitman Bridge. From the Bridge take the US-130 S exit 1C toward Brooklawn/Westville. Merge onto I-295 North (Trenton). Take Exit 36A (Route 73 South). The Hotel ML will be on your left. Take Jug Handle for U-turn at first traffic light. (Approximately 20 miles.)
From PHILADELPHIA (Center City and Amtrak’s 30th Street Station): Take 676 East to 76 East to the Walt Whitman Bridge Exit. From the Bridge, follow signs for 295 North (Trenton). Take Exit 36A (Route 73 South). The Hotel ML will be on your left. Take Jug Handle for U-turn at first traffic light. (Approximately 12 miles.)
From NEW YORK CITY and NORTH JERSEY: Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 4. After the toll, follow signs for Philadelphia/Camden and Route 73 North. The Hotel ML will be on your right about one quarter of a mile down. (Approximately 80 miles.)
From BALTIMORE and ALL POINTS SOUTH: Take Interstate 95 North to the Delaware Memorial Bridge. After the toll, take Interstate 295 North to Exit 36A (Route 73 South). The Hotel ML will be on your left. Take Jug Handle for U-turn at first traffic light. (Approximately 100 miles.)
From ATLANTIC CITY and SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY: Take the Atlantic City Expressway for approximately 30 miles to Exit 31 (Route 73 North) for approximately 21 miles. The Hotel ML will be on your right. (Approximately 50 miles.)
From HARRISBURG and ALL POINTS WEST: Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit for Interstate 76 East. Follow Interstate 76 East to 676 East to the Walt Whitman Bridge. From the Bridge, follow signs for 295 North (Trenton). Take Exit 36A (Route 73 South). The Hotel ML will be on your left. Take Jug Handle for U-turn at first traffic light. (Approximately 110 miles.)
MEETING HOURS: The Mastermind meeting will be held at the Hotel ML. The approximate schedule is below:
Monday, February 4: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Tuesday, February 5: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Breakfast and networking begin at 8:30am each morning in the meeting room.
ATTIRE: The dress code for the meeting is business casual. Session rooms can be cool, so bring a wrap, light jacket or sweater.
WEATHER: The weather will be cold. The daily average temperature is expected to be in the mid 40s with a nightly temperature in the upper 20s. Before you depart, check www.weather.com for a 5-day extended forecast for Mt. Laurel, NJ.
BUSINESS PARTNER/SPOUSE: You are welcome to bring an employee (1099 or W2), spouse or documented business partner to attend the meeting for a one-time registration payment. This support can make a big difference in implementing the resources and guidance you receive (it helps to have a second set of ears and hands for note-taking). MEALS: A light continental breakfast will be provided each day in the meeting room. Lunch will be provided on both days. Christine will host a wine and cheese reception immediately following the meeting on the first day of the Mastermind.
