I’m starting a new She’s Got Clients Case Study Group this month, and I’m looking for a few people to work with to create successful case-studies – before the official launch of our top secret new program.
Over the last few months, I’ve been working very closely with a small group of people.
The results have been pretty incredible and I’m going to work with one more case study group over the next couple of months… starting next week.
Here’s some of what we’re going to work on…
1. We’ll begin with your offer, packaging it up using a tool called “The Ultimate Offer Toolbox” to make it easy to buy. We’ll work on your program and pricing so you start making more sales and bringing in more income.
2. Next, we’ll take my Webinar Sales Template, and design your high value conversion webinar. Yep – high value, and high converting. We want to get this built early in the process, so you can get 2 or 3 webinars in before the case study program is up.
3. We’ll focus on your Webinar Profit Path… focusing on the 4 specific campaigns that make a webinar successful — opt in, pull in, invest in, and keep in. I’ve been honing these 4 campaigns for years, and I have it down to a science now. I’ll take my funnel page and email templates, and customize them for YOUR business.
4. One big way to move from 1:1 to 1:many is by packaging the experience and knowledge you have, and turning it into online programs and courses. This is how you’ll be able to scale up your income (without adding any more hours to your day.)
5. My absolute favorite (high-probability, low-cost) way to create more revenue is by making sure you’re seen as an Authority in your niche. We’ll talk about “The Accelerated Authority Method”… and exactly what to do on YOUR own website to get more clients and credibility. We’ll also establish your Nurture Rhythm — a simple system for you to produce weekly blogs, emails, podcasts or videos like I do.
6. One of the biggest under-the-radar opportunities to get more clients is in the “Convert” phase… just learning how to run a Pre-Strat Session and a Strategy Session the right way typically takes your conversion rate to 70-90%. We’ll work on your Conversion Conversation skills in both these areas.
7. Once we’ve got your mad Conversion Skills in place… you’ll want to multiply the number of people you can engage with. So, we’ll finish up with creating the ultimate Irresistible Free Offers for your business, maximize your opt-in rates, and get leads with Facebook, Insta, LinkedIn, and Joint Ventures.
Any one of these things can move the needle immediately for your business, and my experience is that ONE of these is going to resonate with you and stand out as the BIG opportunity for you specifically… so we’ll be able to spend more time on that one with you.
