BILLING AND PAYMENT POLICIES
We want you to be familiar with policies/procedures here at She’s Got Clients. Please read these carefully so that there are no misunderstandings later on.
The procedures, practices, policies and benefits described here may be modified or discontinued from time to time. We will try to inform you of any changes as they occur.

Usage of our services constitutes customer’s acceptance of C Gallagher International Inc.’s billing and payment policy. Following is the billing and payment policy with which all customers must comply:
PROGRAM POLICIES
As we hold a number of special offers at various times, we must adhere to our policy that products and program prices, sales, special discounts, free trials, and the like are valid only for the dates and deadlines upon which they are offered, so they are not valid on previous or future purchases.
Also, any promo, coupon, or discount codes must be used at the time of purchase, at the checkout page in our shopping cart, and they are not valid on previous or future purchases.
Physical and Digital Products
Please note the guarantees and payment terms on the sales page for each individual product.
Telephone/Zoom-Based Teaching, Mentoring, and Coaching Programs
Please note the payment terms on the sales page (or in the agreement, if applicable) for each program.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Because our payment policy is strictly enforced, we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of this payment standard as it applies to our programs.
This payment policy applies to every paid program we offer and to every member in our community.
Our payment policy is as follows:
- Payment plans are to be paid on time, all the time. No exceptions.
- If you sign up for a program on a payment plan, it is your responsibility to make those payments and make them on time.
(A great way to remember is to put those payment due dates and amounts on your calendar so there are no surprises).
- Further, by joining our programs you agree that you are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire course of the Program from join date (the “Commitment Period”), regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the Program, and regardless of whether you have selected a lump sum or payment plan. You agree that, if, for any reason, you choose to remove or cancel yourself out of the program prior to the end date of the Commitment Period, you are obligated to pay or continue paying any outstanding balance(s) for the entire length of the program. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all scheduled payments must be paid on a timely basis whether you complete the Program or not. By using our services, you agree with these terms and agree not to initiate a charge-back procedure on any credit cards on account for any reason.
We don’t make exceptions to these policies as it would not be fair practice to do so.
If for any reason you are not going to be able to make a payment on time, it is your responsibility to proactively reach out to us at team@shesgotclients.com and let us know at least four (4) business days prior to the due date.
Our team may approve an extension – but must have time to do so, thus the importance of contacting us at least four (4) days before the payment due date.
This can only be done one (1) time during any payment plan and the extension is exactly seven (7) days from original payment due date.
For any reason, if that payment is missed or late, you will be removed from the program and forfeit all program benefits.
You’ll have seven (7) days from the extended payment due date to get your account paid in full.
If this does not happen, you will be removed from our community. This means that you will be removed from all active Facebook groups and prevented from participating in any future programs.
Refund Policy Where Applicable: Clients must request a refund within 90 days of the transaction’s settlement. If the client requests a refund for a charge settled more than 90 days prior, they will not be granted the refund.
